Day 1

Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Lan Ha Bay - Ao Ech

Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Morning pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter (shuttle available for an extra fee), arriving at Tuan Chau International Port by late morning to check in and board the Orchid Classic Cruise over a welcome drink. After a safety briefing and lunch on board, cruise out to Ao Ech, a quiet cove ringed by limestone cliffs, for an afternoon of kayaking, then continue to Tra Bau for a swim in clear water. Back on board, unwind at sunset happy hour on the sundeck or join a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class, before a dinner blending Vietnamese and international dishes. The evening is free to try squid fishing off the stern or book an onboard massage.

Day 2

Trung Trang Cave - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi

Meals: Breakfast, Brunch
An optional sunrise Tai Chi session on the sundeck opens the day, followed by a buffet breakfast as the cruise sails toward Cat Ba Island. Disembark for a short forest walk to Trung Trang Cave, a limestone cave through Cat Ba National Park known for its stalactites and stalagmites, then check out by mid-morning. Enjoy a final lunch on board as the ship returns to Tuan Chau Port, disembarking by early afternoon for the coach transfer back to Hanoi.

Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Lan Ha Bay - Ao Ech

Board at Tuan Chau with a welcome drink and safety briefing, then have lunch on board while the ship enters Lan Ha Bay. Spend the afternoon kayaking at Ao Ech and swimming at Tra Bau, then return for sunset happy hour or a Vietnamese cooking class before dinner. Viet Hai Village & Dark and Bright Cave

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast, cycle (or ride an electric cart) along quiet paths through Viet Hai Village, a small fishing community tucked into Cat Ba National Park, passing coastal mountains and rice paddies along the way. In the afternoon, kayak or take a bamboo boat into Dark and Bright Cave, paddling from open daylight into a cool limestone tunnel and back out into a hidden lagoon. Return to the ship for a relaxed evening on board, with dinner and the sundeck free for stargazing.

Trung Trang Cave - Tuan Chau - Hanoi

Meals: Breakfast, Brunch
Begin with optional Tai Chi and a buffet breakfast before a short forest walk to Trung Trang Cave in Cat Ba National Park. Check out by mid-morning, enjoy brunch as the ship returns to Tuan Chau Port, and disembark for the coach transfer back to Hanoi.
